" Can I make a request? " I ask the room at large. 

Nikon turns to stare at me with his infamous glare and grandma looks a little bewildered. 

Natasha only raises a brow as if waiting for me to say what I want. 

" I want my friends to go with me. I don't want to leave them here. "

Nikon's glare turns hotter. 

" Why exactly do you insist on taking your friends along? " Natasha asks calmly but there is a look in her eyes that shows that she has an inkling as to why I've made this decision. 

Sometimes, something about this woman unsettles me. Almost like there is more to her than we truly know. But the thing is, you can't know if it's good or bad.
