Linda's POV

Alessandro takes me to his father and immediately I can see a slight resemblance between them. I also recognize him from my memories. He came around a lot when I was younger and he always came bearing gifts. 

When he smiles at me, it reminds me of my father. 

I stop myself from turning into a babbling mess by breathing in deeply. 

" You look so much like your mother. It's nice knowing you grew up well. "

" Thank you. " I reply sincerely. 

" It's my pleasure, dear. I don't think you have met my wife before," he says pointing to the lady beside him.
