Kapitel 99: This Began with a Misunderstanding

Gu Xin Ye put on a warm smile on her face. "Hello, Grandpa Chen."

The old man looked her up and down while laughing happily. However, his laughter stopped a few seconds later. Grandpa Chen frowned while holding a spot on his chest. 

"Dad!" Sister Chen stood up with a worried look on her face. "I told you to be careful. You only had your surgery yesterday. Don't laugh."

"I'm happy. Why can't I laugh?"

Sister Chen heaved a long sigh. "Just bear with it for a few days. Once you recover, you can laugh for as much as you can."

Old Chen wanted to argue. However, it was really difficult when his body was still in pain each time he tried to move too much.

Heaving a sigh, he then looked at Gu Xin Ye again. "Miss Gu, you are not from Z Town, aren't you? I have never seen your face before."
