Kapitel 196: Steal Your Credit

Gu Xin Ye was hesitant to go out and greet Qin Zhan. However, Wang Ling informed that the higher-ups wanted her to be present.

She had to abandon her work and head downstairs. 

Gu Xin Ye stood in front of the elevator with her heart beating fast. The thought of seeing Qin Zhan again made her anxious. Her brain was still playing their conversation with Qin Zhan a few days ago. 

She could feel heat creep to her face when she recalled Qin Zhan's reminder that he wanted to pursue her.

"Xin Ye, are you alright?"

Lin Qiao's voice pulled her out of her thoughts. Before Gu Xin Ye could say anything, a warm hand was placed on her forehead.

"Xin Ye, you're running a fever!"

Gu Xin Ye took a step back. "No. I'm fine. Lin Qiao, you must be mistaken."

"Really? Your face is red."

"I think it's because I was rushing out earlier," Gu Xin Ye said.
