Kapitel 233: A Couple

Qin Zhan gave Gu Xin Ye another plate of dessert so that she would stop being unhappy after being teased. He watched her eat the cream and the berries and smiled. 

"What did you and Wang Zhi Wei talk about when I was not around?" Gu Xin Ye asked. 

Qin Zhan walked around the table and helped Gu Xin Ye to pour a glass of water. "He asked me if I was getting used to working in the kitchen. Then, he also asked how you approached me."

Gu Xin Ye jumped when she heard Qin Zhan's words. "Then, how did you answer him?"

"I told him that we met while you were in Z Town."

"You did not tell him anything inappropriate, right?

Qin Zhan raised a brow. "What do you think I would say to him?"

Gu Xin Ye held her glass of water while peeking at Qin Zhan who was busily cutting some fruits. She wondered if she should talk to Qin Zhan about her relationship with Wang Zhi Wei.

Qin Zhan pushed the plate of cut fruits to Gu Xin Ye. "Eat a little bit."
