Soul: (The start of most dead things. They can turn into Hollows)
Strong Soul: (They are what most Hollows go after as food)
Soul Reaper (Base): (This is a Form that follows the power of a Soul Reaper, you can use a Zanpakuto with this power.(Soren as of chapter 32 has this but his energy being concentrated makes him much more powerful)
Soul Reaper: (What most Reapers in the Soul Society have, it qualifies them to join the Court Guard Squads) (Soul Reaper (Base) is more of someone who is in Soul Reaper Academy)
Soul Reaper Elite: (What most Captains achieve. Here is where they start to achieve Bankai)
Soul Reaper Captain: (What only the strong Achieve. The Court Guard Squads #1 Captain has reached this, others are close)
Soul Reaper Hollow Form: (Only those who have almost been turned into hallows achieve… Soren can gain it from the system)
Soul Reaper Final: (Has same power as Hollow Form… Soren can chose to achieve this instead of Hollow Form.)
