" Please wait for me in my office. I will be there in a few minutes. " He said firmly.

Penelope's gaze darted to Nova's then she opened the door and left.

Ambrose turned to Nova and said. " My love, "

" Yes, " Nova whispered.

His hard mouth curled slightly. " Alex's birthday is tomorrow? "

" Yes. "

" What does he like? I want to get him a gift for his birthday."

She was a little enraged that Ambrose would be there on her son's birthday. Although she didn't want Alex around Ambrose, what could she do?
