Hero killers suffered severe injuries, and Abbadon cut ties with the anti-government as a response to protect itself.

Overall, Abbadon had taken quite the damage, more so than that of its former ally, and would be hiding for a long time.

As for the anti-government, it's silent, and nothing suggests they would be making a move in the near future.

"Hmmm..."

"What did that woman tell you that got you staring at a piece of metal." Eddie drew close as he stably waved his arm at Ryan's eye level.

"Nothing worth mentioning." Ryan ejected the half-melted iron from his arm and propped his chin up with his elbow on a solid wooden table.

Remembering what the black librarian said in the elevator, Ryan thought it made sense.

'That woman is an incredibly skilled liar.' he thought. His face came close to the ground, as though in slow motion, extending his palm out slowly before stopping the falling piece of iron in its track.
