Luciel had already seen Nina asking for tips on how to kill zombies efficiently and what weapon would be good for her from the others when Treyton said that all those who hadn't killed a zombie needed to kill one.

Luciel also saw Nina trying out the spear earlier, so it could be said that she had prepared a bit within the short time that was given by Treyton.
