Elvira's back rested on the warm mattress where they had made love multiple times. She couldn't move. Her lifeless body had no desire to. Was there a point in listening to his answer? Maybe not even her mother, Lilith, would leave Agror's side upon discovering he was after her daughter's life to take control of a powerful object.
