Wivior believed Elvira. Quinn was finally out of her way. Instead of finding some relief, her heart was heavy with guilt. No one was there to praise her for successfully deceiving someone like there always was back at her home.

Wivior walked towards her. He took her arm and looked around her body. "Are you hurt? I am so sorry I made you eat those roots and let Quinn hurt you. I should have trusted you. Can you ever forgive me?"

Elvira sighed. He would loathe her once he learned the truth. If Sebastian's plan wasn't authentic, she had made things worse by lying to him.

"We need to get out of here," said Wivior. He took her hand, and they teleported to the hut.

His hands massaged her back. "I know you're already going through a lot, and I just added to your suffering. It's not easy to forgive when you suffer at the hands of the one you trusted, but I'll do anything to make it up to you."
