When Yvonne heard the options that her father, Rutherford had given her she felt like scoffing out loud.
'Poetry? Book-keeping? Baking!?' She found each choice to be more ridiculous than the previous one.
Calming her over-stimulated mind, she shook her head at her father to show that she did not want to choose either of the options that he had given to her.
"None of them, Father." She rejected him and noticed the frown that appeared on his face.
'She did not call me 'Papa' but went back to the distant-sounding 'Father'.' Rutherford observed and he wasn't happy with the changes that had taken place after just a few sentences had been spoken.
"What would Vonna like to learn? Tell PAPA and he will help you find a good tutor." He reassured her while emphasizing on the way how she should continue to address him.
Has Yvonne given up already?
