I only read chapter 1 so I will wait it until it has 30+ chapters and give my review later, I'm giving you this to encourage you and so that you won't drop this.
The narrative is really captivating, the original story has more than 200 chapters, so we have plenty of time to enjoy this beautiful plot. The protagonist does not shy away and adapts quickly in combat and the environment around him, reminiscent of those wandering samurai who wander aimlessly with a hat and a gourd, emanating an air of mystery and power. I would like to know if there is any image of the MC?

Mind that I’ve read up to chapter 143. So this isn’t an up-to-date review. As a summary, this novel is meant to be read without putting much thought into it. The story is extremely fast paced, hence the lacking character development and basically zero intricate world building. Obviously, I understand that this is a fan-fic, but I always expect some author modifications regarding how characters interact and how does the world change based on the story. It’s important to notice that the story is a Chinese translation, so expect lots of mindless comments such as “omg he’s so handsome” or acting completely illogically on certain situations, like invading the mountain where the demon corps selection takes place and all demons are kept, with no surveillance. Not saying that Chinese novels are bad, there’s for example lord of the mysteries as a masterpiece, but this one fits into the category of not-so-good. Lastly the writing is lackluster, not blaming the translator here since they’re not at fault, but don’t expect anything great. Overall a 4 out of 10. (I wasted a day reading this 😭)
I didn't like that he just left his wife behind like that and would possibly disappear for years. It seems kind of selfish to expect her to wait for him all that time and leave her alone for so long. She deserves better. It also felt quite rushed, like he you could've just done a time skip and go when they died or taken them with you. Other then that the stories great.
I actually think this is one of the better demon slayer ff. Story is well paced so far and the power levels aren’t out of proportion. I’m enjoying the story and looking forward to more chapters
