Kapitel 97: no innate power for regret

The booming voice of another rang out in the room, a seemingly an aged male, from his visage, perhaps in his three hundredth year. Burning fury encased his silvery gaze, while he listed all the reasons why he had, rejected such words spoken before. 

"Unbelievable! Our children have worked here as doctors, and head doctors, and you brought in a whelp who knew nothing about-"

"Enough! I am the overseer of this hospital, my word is law, whatever you say does not matter because it is his birthright as the second-born son of my sister and the third borne in his generation to our family,"

All of this being said, Don Uk kept silent. Those who had shot to their feet unwillingly sat down, glaring at him who simply sat there.

Don Uk could not help but think of the ruthlessness, his mother had shown several times when a family who were tasked with serving her had tried to overrule her on several occasions.
