The distinctly chilly morning air with its refreshing wind, the curtains dancing against the sound of gentle indistinct chatter awoken Hina.
She stirred and the forgettable dreams that danced in her unconsciousness through the night flew away like wisps of smoke. She slowly opened her eyes and sat up in confusion, feeling a bit dizzy with a slight headache to boot. The morning sun had long risen but no one had awoken her, allowing her to sleep in for as long as needed as she had faced a terrible ordeal yesterday.
How thoughtful of them, she thought.
She heard a discreet knock on the door before it slowly pulled open, Suki's head popping through the small opening.
"Ah- you're awake, my lady" Suki said, entering the chambers with a bowl of what appeared to be warm water and a small towel.
