Seraphina's mind raced as she tried to make sense of her encounter.

'Demonic Eyes? What kind of power is this?' She pondered, her curiosity piqued. Seraphina had a conjecture that this was somehow related to her past life. The author never cleared the origins of her house, and she died before gaining information related to her origins.

But her new skill synergized well with her. The only downside was the permanent effect which makes her subtly influence people who lock eyes with her. Still, it was not her problem if people were too weak-willed to break out of it.

After concluding her cultivation for the night and absorbing the knowledge of the first part of the Forgotten Empress of the Ancient World technique, Seraphina decided it was time to return to the Rosevine Coven. She needed to put her newfound power and skills to the test, and there was no better place to do so than within the safety of the coven's walls.

With a graceful motion, she stood from her meditation position, her body feeling more attuned and vibrant than ever before. The Elegance of the Ivory Serpent had already left its mark, enhancing her flexibility and strength.

The path through the mystical forest was illuminated by the soft glow of bioluminescent flora, casting an ethereal light on her journey. The air was filled with the harmonious hum of nature, a melody that resonated with her Qi affinity for nature.

As she continued her journey, Seraphina became aware of another subtle change within herself. Her physical senses seemed heightened, and her vision had become remarkably sharp. "Wow, I almost didn't recognize you!" a familiar voice rang behind Seraphina.

Lrya walked towards Seraphina with a smile on her face.

A voice interrupted their banter. "Pfft, stuff it, you little battle enthusiast. Dragging her to the arena as soon as she returns," Elara chimed in, stepping into view with a mischievous grin.

"Elara, long time no see," Seraphina greeted her friend and simultaneously analyzed her.

"Alright, enough with the emotional reunion," Lyra declared, breaking the hug. "We need to see how much stronger you've become during your mysterious absence. Spar with me, and let's find out!"

Seraphina couldn't help but chuckle at Lyra's enthusiasm. "Alright, Lyra, let's have that match. But first, I have to report to Elder Nyra."

"Let's catch up properly, and then we'll see who's the strongest among us."

"Alright~" Both of them replied in a cheeky manner before walking in the direction of the arena.

[Elder Nyra's Court]

"Who goes there?" A stern voice rang across the air. An ability reserved for high-level cultivators.

"Elder Nyra, I have returned," Seraphina announced, bowing respectfully.

Elder Nyra regarded Seraphina with a knowing smile.

"Welcome back. I take that you had no issues due to your swift return?"

"No problems," Seraphina nodded.

"Looking at you in person ... It seems you had an enlightening journey. Truly remarkable."

Elder Nyra's eyes twinkled with curiosity. "I sense a change in your aura, a newfound confidence. But there's something else... Your eyes."

Keeping the extent of her newfound abilities a mystery for now. "I have undergone a transformation during my journey, Elder."

"Very well," Elder Nyra said, not poking any further. Everyone has their secrets and it was customary not to reveal too much information about themselves.

She knew that Seraphina was an independent girl and only needed guidance for certain topics. After all Elder Nyra was a teacher or mentor to her and not in a master-disciple relationship.

Seraphina excused herself after some small talk about the recent mission in Serenity Hollow. Lastly, she used Analyse on the elder.
