'I think I went overboard,' thought Paige as she gulped her saliva unconsciously.

She saw the middle-aged man, Rio, limp his way to the mansion with an unnaturally calm expression.

'I don't know why, but it feels like the Master isn't in the best of moods.'

Thinking so, the female who stood outside the room tried to leave to not get the ire of her Master any more than she already had.

"Stop."

The same authoritative and commanding voice stopped her right in her tracks. To this day, she didn't know who her Master actually was.

'Feminine voice?'

For the first time since she had been working for the Master, she heard the pitch of the voice and identified it.

"Enter."

She now understood why the voice was discernible this time. The Master had planned to bring her into the room.

Firming her shaky steps, she opened the door and entered with her head hung low, not daring to look at whoever the Master was.
