Raon, who had been ignored by the beast when it changed its target to Lia, was looking at Lia from behind the beast when they shared momentary eye contact.

As if the duo understood the meaning behind that, Raon started stealthily following behind the Pardusior that was charging toward Lia; she waited for it to be near her.

She was the bait while Raon was preparing a sneak attack on the beast since his attacks would prove to be detrimental in this situation.

'This better work' Raon thought as he saw the beast suddenly increase its speed and immediately dash towards Lia, who backstepped and left a gift for it.

The painful roars and whimpers of the beast were the signal that Raon was waiting for as he stealthily jumped up at the joint of the tailbone of the beast and severed it in one swing.
