Kapitel 71: The Downfall

A large golden statue, draped in black covers entered the valley of gods with cheers and cries from the crowd. The people of the valley have been preparing for a giant feast to celebrate the end of the war.

When they saw the giant sculpture brought inside, and heard the broken rumors, everyone made their own speculation. 

As the crowd gathered around the statue, as they laughed and danced for the festival, the town bell rung loudly, the sound resonated everywhere and it marked the beginning of the trials.

On the other hand, another 'present' from the imperial palace was sent to the king of north.

"General...I don't understand this,"

The military adviser said after reading the letter from the palace and looked at his king.

Lahn's creased brows raised slightly.

"Her majesty has requested that we do not call of our army from Ericlan," the adviser said, "Not only that...but... she asked we dispatch them to the Valley of Gods!"
