Kapitel 157: A Dark Night

There was a sense of serenity that Nesrin had not experienced since a long time, she felt light, and free in those senseless dreams. A soft addictive music drifted through her mind as it slowly faded away.

Nesrin opened her eyes with that light headed feeling.

She was still inside the tavern, her face resting upon the dark table and her hazy eyes gazed at the half eaten pumpkin pie in puzzlement.

What had happened?

She could not recall.

There was that woman, who called herself Nora. They had conversed for a while and then Nesrin's mind thought about all the things she had found and the future that was filled with uncertainty.

She remembered the waitress asking her to not stay for too long because strange things had been happening in the town lately.

And then... it was all blank.

She glanced at the clock.
