Kapitel 13: Chapter 12: To the bustling Capital!
After spending a relaxing week at the Qi Region, Hua Ming had decided to leave and go for the capital Qi region. She was going to miss the countryside, but curiosity got the better of her. The road was rocky at the beginning, and navigating was hard even though they had a map and Lili. they had been walking for hours, and Hua Ming's butt had lost it's feeling from being on a horse for so long, while Lili looked like he could collapse any moment. It took them a week to get there! and right when they stepped on the road of civilization, they collapsed.
"Good morning, beauty!" was the first thing Hua Ming heard when she woke up, plus seeing the hunk that said it.
she was half asleep so she thought that she was in a dream. "AaAH~" Hua Ming grabbed the handsome man by the collar and whispered, "So YoUr ThE StEReO TyPICAl PlAybOy~ tOo BaD YoU CaN OnLY bE 2nD mL~! oR iN SiMple NormIe WoRds, YoUr The SecOnd CHoiCe In ThiS FigHT FoR LoVe FroM-ThAt RemInDs Me, I NEeD To AvOiD YoU Or I mAy DiE" (Author: what has he done to deserve this...*pity*). The "playboy" was clearly shocked and felt a little bit faint, though he hung on, "Miss, are you mistaking me for somebody?". "nO! I KnOW-" then she passed out and went back to sleep (author: don't leave him hanging!?).
"WAIT! what do you know?" the 2nd ML shook her in desperation, only to be responded by a snore. After some time, Hua Ming woke up. Puzzled at how she was at a very luxurious hotel. Lili was right there, but all he would respond was with a mutter, "handsome~".
More importantly, HOW ARE THEY GOING TO PAY FOR THIS!? The hotel is one of the most expensive ones in the capital! Hua Ming quickly dragged Lili down to the reception to ask about how they got here, and how much it costs for one night. "Hello miss, what may I help you with?" the lady at the reception seemed to be around Hua Ming's age and wore traditional Chinese clothing that had a floral pattern on it, the same for all the other female workers there. "HOW DID I GET HERE!?" the scene of a screaming distressed lady doesn't seem to be an ideal image but that was the least of Hua Ming's concerns. No response, just silence and stares. Second try, different approach. "Excuse me Miss, but I would like to know how and why I ended up here?" "A kind young man carried you here, saying that you fainted on the road. He payed for you too, and told us to take utmost care of you miss Tang." After this, she walked off and started attending to other customers.
Hua Ming sat there in shock for a few moments before regaining conscious. WHAT HAPPENED. (author: how am I supposed to know, not like I wrote this smh). Hua Ming quickly got up and stood at the doorway of her room, which was in a mess.(Author: drunk people, am I right?) "HAVE I HAD A ONE NIGHT STAND?!?!?!" saying this, out loud was not the greatest choice she's made, others outside turned their heads. Embarrassed, she quickly went in and locked the door. What could've conspired in this room for it to be so-so-so messy? That would have to wait for another day.
Hua Ming wanted to leave immediately. She had a plan, although she doesn't want to associate herself too much with this past body's family, Hua Ming feels that there are things that may need to be settled.
