Crisp pork belly, fried spring roll, plain congee, green vegetables and a chicken wonton soup; Nathan polished the entire trap without even looking up. He did not know if he had ever eaten so fast in his life before.
After dropping the fork, he sneakily looked around hoping that nobody caught him in this faux pas. When he saw that nobody was looking at him and no phones were out, he breathed out a sigh of relief. That was great.
He then turned to look at the young Raizel in front of him who had also finished and was now drinking the glass of juice. Nathan felt like he could never get used to the sight.
He also glanced incredulously at his own much younger hands and chuckled. A pity, Raizel said the talisman would wear off in two days.
Nathan picked his own choice of beverage, a bottle of coke and drank. He then whispered in the lowest voice that he could muster, "Rai...Collins, how are we going to go about it, do you have a plan already?"
