"So have you really fucked the crown prince?" Reyna asked as they walked through the crowded alleys of the slumps. 

Lun stopped on his track, his usual calm eyes landing on her with anger as he took a step closer. 

"We do not talk about that here okay? Unless you want me to take you to the quillotine with me when they execute me for…fucking the crown prince" he whispered and Reyna scoffed, a small smirk on her face. "But just so I can answer your question yes, I have, multiple times." he told her and she laughed. 

Nighttime had fallen and the air was chilly. It was rush hour for the slums. The doors of the taverns and the brothels were opening wide, yellow lights shining in the darkness of the narrow spaces.
