Kapitel 14: Three Goals
Ria Zhang could not believe it. It has been days since she went to buy those Costa Dresses. Although she told Mira Cheng that she wanted to be a print model, she didn't have expectations. But who would have thought that Mira Cheng took it to heart?
She just gave Ria Zhang a call asking if she can come over to sign the contract. Really, Ria Zhang's smile can blind a person from two meters away. She thought that Mira Cheng forgot about it. Well, she was not the type to dwell on promises either.
In fact, right now, she was browsing the internet to look for a camera. She wanted to capture those moments of the new 'her'. But she didn't know why Sierra Co has only this much. So she asked Lulu why she only have few things when she was in fact a young miss of a prestigious family.
Lulu didn't know what to say. Should she tell her young miss that she left all her belongings at their mansion when her parents objected to her whims?
But what if she cannot take it and throw her out of the house? Lulu shook her head inwardly.
Ria Zhang lifted an eyebrow, watching her maid intently. Never mind, she thought. It seemed that Sierra Co was someone who make decisions in a spur of the moment.
Just like sleeping with that jerk. She shook her head. What did that Marvin Kang said? Sierra Co was cold as fish? How come? Ria Zhang massaged her chin, her eyes were trained on the computer monitor.
Although the previous Sierra Co was introvert, it doesn't necessarily mean that she was passive in bed. Uhm, wait. What was she thinking?
This is just so stupid. In her previous life, Ria Zhang died a virgin. In this life, the body she was occupying was no longer a virgin. Hence, she didn't know how it felt like to be deflowered. Okay, that's for underage readers. But come to think of it, how can she be so unfortunate?
Lulu was watching her Young Miss' expression changed from being happy to being resentful to being happy again. What just happened?
Ria Zhang's lips broke into a smile. Since this body was no longer a virgin, then she has been spared of the so-called pain. Also, it was not as if she was living in the ancient times wherein that piece of hymen was so valued one can even put it to auction.
She might as well look for a guy who can give her immense pleasure. Don't worry, Sierra Co, she would make it her business that this body can be worshipped by a man. Hey, hey, hey. It was normal for a 60-year old woman to think like this. What? Do people want her to live like a nun? No way! That was 20 years in the past. She would definitely live the way she wanted.
No one can stop Ria Zhang.
"Lulu, ready my clothes for tomorrow. We're going out," she instructed her maid.
"Yes, Young Miss," Lulu lowered her head before rummaging through the closet.
But since Ria Zhang would start to live this life, she needed to tie those loose ends. And who can help her other than her 'brother'?
She stood up and went outside the room. She smirked as she dialed her Stanley Co's number. After two rings, it was picked up.
"Little sis?" The voice went through the mouthpiece. It was the soothing kind that told her, everything would be alright.
"Hey big brother, I need help."
At the other side of the line, Stanley Co raised an eyebrow. What was it this time? Another one million Costa dollars?
As if reading his mind, Ria Zhang cleared her throat.
"It's not money. I just need help on tying some loose ends," she clarified.
Stanley Co sat straight in his chair. What loose ends his sister were pertaining to?
"I'll be doing something big, I guess?" She leaned on the wall as she inspected her manicured nails, pouting. Ehem, that's definitely not Ria Zhang's style.
"It's my other maid, Danni. You don't have to kill her. Just make sure she wouldn't cause some trouble in the future."
Ria Zhang has to be specific about it. After that woman died inside the prison, she was sure the family of Sierra Co was anything but ordinary.
"What something big are you going to do?" Stanley Co asked his sister. The elders have not forgiven her yet and here she was, planning to do something 'big'?
"It's nothing. Don't worry, I won't put the family name in jeopardy," she promised, crossing her fingers as if Stanley Co can see her.
Anyway, Stanley Co would still know about it even if Ria Zhang refused to tell him. It was just a matter of asking the right person.
Stanley Co took a deep breath. As long as it was not about chasing that Marvin Kang, he was fine with it.
"Okay, got it," he finally relented.
Ria Zhang's laughter reverberated throughout the hallway. "Thanks, dearest big brother!"
After saying goodbye, she sprinted towards the kitchen. She pulled the door of the refrigerator open and brought out the kani salad Lulu made for her.
Good thing, Lulu knew how to cook. Ria Zhang knew her way inside the kitchen but she was already Sierra Co. Why would she cook for herself if someone can do it for her?
Hmmmm. This was bad. Ria Zhang has been slowly integrating herself in the ways of high society. It would be bad if she lose it, she pondered on.
She took a spoonful of salad and put it in her mouth, slowly munching it. This was her life now. She should stop thinking of the past. She must live as Sierra Co. If it was needed, she can bring out the attitude of Ria Zhang from time to time. But she must always remember her status.
Sierra Co, the Young Miss of Co Family.
As such, she has only three goals in this life.
First, earn money.
Second, break the annoying couple.
Third, make the hottest man in Costa City as her husband.
