Devin's head was hung low, the Soul Eater heaving deep heavy breaths as he was still kneeling on the floor.

Ivar and Levin knew that there is another man outside the door. They immediately knew that it was Arlo's stepfather since he stopped Arvid, worried about the man.

With Arvid's eyebrows furrowing as Arlo hid behind him, he was more worried about his stepfather than he is about himself.
