Kapitel 13: Another Dimension

Because you are the "Saint" Kato Megumi! Of course, you are important!

Homura smiled gently and gave his explanation.

"There are many reasons why I invited you!"

Megumi listened and waited for his explanation.

"First of all, after our team was established, except for Tomoya, who is responsible for the promotion of our work after completion; everyone else, including me, is a frontline 'combat' personnel."

"I can take care of myself, but Eriri and Kasumigaoka-senpai won't even have time to take care of themselves..." He was about to continue, but he heard Eriri protesting behind him.

"Hey! Who can't take care of themselves?" Eriri said indignantly.

"Then who worked recklessly before the deadline and got a cold without anyone noticing?" Homura hinted.

Homura KO'ed Eriri, and she couldn't get up again...

"Let's not talk about Sawamura-san for the moment, as for me..." Before Utaha could finish, Homura immediately cut her off.

"Then who was the one who focused on writing, forgot to eat for two consecutive days, and finally fainted from hunger? Because of that, she didn't attend school for two days and strange rumors started spreading throughout the whole school?"

The battleship No. 1 of Kasumigaoka, Kasumigaoka Utaha, sunk...

Looking at the two people who remained silent, Homura turned back to face Megumi and saw that she had a thoughtful expression.

He said, "Kato, you should understand by now. I actually want to find someone to take care of them. It's already hard enough for me to take care of myself during the completion of the work, let alone there's also my shy little sister who also needs my care."

Well, there's also a little cat, but Homura didn't mention it at this time.

Homura continued, "And after the game is finished, we need someone to test it! Of course, you can also learn programming and scripting, and I'll be responsible for teaching you!"

"Lastly... Kato, do you plan to keep being overshadowed like this? Don't you want to try to change yourself?"

Upon hearing this, Megumi's indifferent expression did not change, but her eyes lit up in a different way.

Silence...

Homura stared at Megumi intently, waiting for her reply. There was no extra expression on his face, but his left hand clenched into a fist behind his back, with his knuckles turning white.

This scene was clear to both Eriri and Utaha, who looked at each other and nodded slightly, understanding each other's thoughts.

'She is not simple... I have to pay more attention to Kato!' The two beauties thought to themselves unconsciously.

By the way, weren't these two thinking too simply?

Could they really discover her presence at any time like Homura?

Finally, Megumi responded.

"...Thank you, Minamiya-kun. I'm not talented, so please guide me in the future." Megumi extended her hand and made a response!

Hearing Megumi's words, Homura was stunned for a moment, then immediately reacted and shook her hand.

"Likewise! Please guide me more too!"

Is it just my imagination, or does it feel like a matchmaking meeting?

The two beauties of Toyogasaki High School were unhappy again...

"Cough cough!"

"Ahem Ahem!"

How many times have they coughed today... fortunately, Homura didn't ask if they were sick.

Letting go of their hands, Homura casually said, "Since everyone has joined, let's decide on the activity time and then..."

"Wait!" Aki Tomoya also pushed his glasses and walked out.

"What's wrong, Tomoya? Do you have something to say?" Homura was a little confused.

"What's wrong you say? What about me? Why wasn't I invited!" Seeing Homura's puzzled look, Tomoya's veins bulged on his forehead, and he shouted.

"Hmm? Tomoya, aren't you in charge of publicity work?' Homura asked in response.

"But, I can also do other work..." Tomoya was also a little unsure.

Homura began to give examples.

"There's really not much else to do! I can plan, direct, write scripts, and we have Eriri for the character design. For scriptwriting and story development, we have Kasumigaoka-senpai. As for assistants and logistics, we have Kato..."

As he counted on his fingers, Tomoya felt like his heart had been hit by several arrows.

"By the way, I can handle both the character design and scriptwriting, even if it's in addition to everything else," Homura added with a final blow. Tomoya was completely silenced and petrified.

"Don't worry, I'll come to find you when it's time to test the game!" Homura turned around and looked at the others who were keeping their distance, his head full of question marks.

"What's wrong with you guys? Why are you all so far away?" Homura asked, confused.

Even Eriri and Utaha's lips twitched, and in the end, it was Eriri who spoke up.

"Minamiya, are you actually black belly!?"

{TN: For anyone who doesn't know, black belly means that someone is secretly quite evil/sly/manipulative}

"No! No! How is that possible!"

Homura shook his head repeatedly.

Three denials in a row!

"Don't misunderstand me, I'm just speaking the truth!" Homura tried to explain.

But the others were even more convinced that he was a schemer, and Eriri even thought that he was on par with Kasumigaoka Utaha.

After "dealing" with Aki Tomoya, Homura continued with the previous topic.

"Let's first decide on the activity time, and then we can discuss the location!"

"Do you have any suggestions?" Homura asked the three women.

Utaha said, "As for the activity time, we're all students, so it can only be during club time after school or on holidays."

"OK! That's settled, what about the location?" Homura continued, "We can't just have it at school, can we?"

Everyone began to think...

After a while, Eriri finally made a suggestion, "How about your home, Minamiya?"

Looking at everyone else, Eriri explained, "I think Minamiya's home is a good choice! Minamiya's parents are often not at home, there is a shut-in little sister, and they have many rooms..."

Upon hearing this, and seeing that no one objected, Homura spoke up, "Alright! Then it'll be my home!"

Actually, Homura had already wanted to suggest this, since being at home would allow him to take care of Sagiri. He just didn't want to propose it himself, but he didn't expect Eriri to bring it up by herself.

Looking at Eriri, she winked at him, and Homura understood. She did it on purpose because she knew about Sagiri's situation...

Thinking of this, Homura nodded gratefully to Eriri.

"Kohai-kun, did you have a little sister all along?" Utaha raised an eyebrow and asked thoughtfully.

"Yes! Although she's just my stepsister, she's the child my stepmother brought in. But I can't help but worry about her since she's been a shut-in ever since coming to the Minamiya Family. She rarely leaves the house when there's someone around," Homura sighed, then smiled tenderly, "But recently, she's been doing much better. I think she'll be able to leave the house soon!"

Utaha's face didn't look good, and Eriri also realized...

'Another target to be wary of...'

At this point, Megumi spoke up, "By the way, this means we've already formed a club right? What should we call it?"

Megumi's words caught everyone's attention...

Were they unknowingly forming a club? But no one thought much of it.

"What should we call the club..."

Homura offered his opinion and asked.

"How about Another Dimension?"
