After leaving Jacob's office I went out got myself a coffee and had a think. Now I sitting in my living room about to call him and give him an answer.

"I agree"
"What do agree on Ms. Myers?"
"I will do it but I have some conditions that will need to be written up so that I can be sure you will hold to your word"
"I will have an NDA drafted and then you can use Gerald for your clauses in the contract of course I will have some so will do that together in my office"
"Okay I will be there"
"Also thank you very much, Ms. Myers," he says so sincerely that I am kind of glad to be doing this for him but it's mostly for me.

I walk into the office the next morning to find Gerald, Jacob's lawyer, in the room.
"Morning Ms. Myers nice to see that you were able to make it, I thought that you would back out on me"
"Why would I do that," I say feigning innocence.
"Have a seat Ms. Myers and we will get right to it," Jacob tells me.
"Okay, so I had a few clauses that I wanted to add, but first you have to sign this NDA."
"Now that you are done with that let's get right to it"
"For my first clause, I want you to pay for my dad's cancer treatment until he is healed or otherwise," I state.
"I didn't know that your father was sick," Jacob says acting hurt.
"It isn't part of my job to tell you how my family is doing"
"I understand, Ms. Myers, but could I have helped you know?"
"Can we just get back on track," I say hating the topic of my dad's ever-returning disease.
"Okay so for my next clause, I want there to be 10,000 dollars for every other month that I am your "wife."
"That can be arranged"
"Good also I need you to put in a good word for me with your friends and business partners so that I can be set when 'this' all ends,"
"And lastly... no sex"
"Umm... well so I have only one, you will need to move in with me this week and we will be married for at least a year and a half to make it believable for my family," Jacob says.
"Okay, and when will the wedding happen?"
"You can pick a date but it needs to be small with only our families and very close friend and also it has to be within a month"
"Okay I will get right to it"
"Thank you very much, Tracy"
