Kapitel 239: Stay Put, Husband

The witch queen tried to make a dark shield to cover the blinding brightness to see what was happening to Elsa. She tried multiple times but failed. Elsa's blazing light overpowers the witch queen's dark shield. 

Elsa was like the sun shining on the land of Arcanis except that she was too bright. Lexi who was with Neia and King Mordrak heard the commotion and rushed to the scene with the two. But they couldn't come near to the windows because of the bright light.

"Argh!" King Mordrak who was sensitive to anything bright flinched. 

Neia took this opportunity to give something to Lexi without uttering a word. She just looked at Lexi and shook her head a bit which the lady understood. She quickly hid the book in her corset to ensure no one would see it.

"Assist the king, move him away from the window," Lexi commanded the servants for she knew that it was Zemaria attacking the castle.
