Kapitel 174: I Can See Through You

As expected, every council member was present in the great hall of An'owyn Castle the next day. There was tension as everyone expected the king to choose someone among them since the king's only son, Elandir had not yet gained his title back. As per Elven tradition, if the king has no direct blood-related heir, the next in line would be a member of the Elven Council.

The great hall was filled with murmurs from everyone until King Tyrion and Queen Ydril arrived. To everyone's surprise, Elandir was behind them, which had not happened ever since he was stripped of his title as the Crown Prince of Qiryn.

Everyone stared at Elandir wondering what he was doing there since he was also not wearing anything fancy that would fit the occasion in case he was the chosen one by the king.

All people present bowed to King Tyrion and Queen Ydril as soon as they faced their subjects. Elandir went to the side, away from the king and queen to start enabling his plan.
