Kapitel 216: Final Farewell

The day and night passed by so quickly and before knew it, it was already morning. She didn't sleep the whole night and just carried Rocco in her arms while sitting in the rocking chair and staring at his sleeping angelic face.

It has been only a month since she gave birth to him but now they have to part ways… It was too soon for a mother like her. She couldn't count how many times her tears streamed down her face while cradling her son.

As much as she wanted to bring him along with her, she couldn't. She wouldn't dare risk the life of her son and she could only promise her to return as soon as possible so they could be together again.
