Kapitel 53: Signed the contract

"Dani, Mr. Anderson is here to see you." Jacky stuck her neck on the door, informing her that the managing head of the firm was outside, waiting to see her.

She had met Mr. Anderson in several of their meetings and seen him along the hallway or around the office. But she had not gotten the opportunity to talk to him on a one-on-one basis before.

This made her look up at Jacky, raising her brows at her questioningly, silently communicating with her. Jacky shrugged her shoulders, implying that she also had no clue why he was here.

"Please, let him in." She instructed as she closed the file she was working on. The only way to find out was to meet with him.

It was rare that the managing head would directly deal with the help. In this scenario, being a junior partner, she was considered to be included at the bottom of the food chain.
