He walked toward the balcony, finding the confinement of his room suffocating. He believed he needed some fresh air and a serene place to think. He was not feeling sick, but he just wanted to be alone.

The Count decided not to join Luisa this breakfast after his conversation with his grandson. He believed they needed the time to discuss their situation without him meddling with their affairs.

Although, he agreed with his grandson that it was a good strategy. He still felt wary that he might not have enough time to think his plans through. Liam might have failed to consider all the possibilities.

"Sir, why are you not happy? Isn't this what you wanted? For them, to end up together." Wesley suddenly spoke behind. 

He almost forgot that his assistant was in the room when Liam explained his plans. But he had no problem with that, even Liam. Both of them knew that their secrets were safe with him.
