Kapitel 1422: In the Auction House

Ji Yuan was now inside the auction hall and it was much grander than he had expected.

Inside, he could see that thousands of cultivators had already gathered as he found his seat in the bronze area.

He began to look around, hoping to catch the sight of his maidens but he could not find them. But he could see that there were dozens of curtailed rooms above the auction hall and he suspected that they may be in there.

As he sat down, he was grumbling to himself and was saying, "You know. I am such an awesome cultivator and I should be in the VIP rooms…"

His casual comments were heard by the dozens of cultivators that were near him and they began to chuckle aloud.

"The VIP rooms are not for the like of a poor cultivator like you to be in…"

"The bronze area is where you should be…"

"What are thinking of when you say that you ought to be in the VIP rooms?"

"Do you really think that you are a rich cultivator?"
