Kapitel 577: Taking the Chance
Samantha's face was totally red. It was not the moment that she expected the confession. Recalling his exact words, she bit her lip and looked down on her lap.
"Shouldn't I hear what you want first before I tell you what I want?" She said while purposely looking around the office, trying to avoid his gaze.
Sensing he was puzzled, she clarified, "You wanted to know if I want to be your girlfriend, right? But what do you want?"
Alfred cleared his throat with a fist on his mouth. He said, "I honestly don't want to scare you with what I want - "
"What is it?" She insisted, redirecting her gaze at him.
"The truth is, I think… I want to marry you - but I don't want to rush you in anything. I know you still have school to consider… For now, I just want you to be my girlfriend," he said before brushing his hair with his fingers.

Angela: "Shoot... One week without sex?"

Alexis: "Stop it! I am serious about writing songs now!"
Angela: "That's what you said about cooking."
