Nothing else came to his mind when his feet brought him away from Mommy and Daddy's room. The only things that echoed inside were Mommy's words.

Yuuya gasped. He panted hard as he was short on his breath. Both of his hands gripped his knees as he continued panting. His lungs felt pain but it was incomparable to the hurt that his heart felt.

"This is... the kitchen?"

Yuuya looked around him. Unknowingly, he ran until he reached the kitchen. It was already dark because all the kitchen staff had retreated for today. They won't come back until it's five o'clock in the morning.
