Ves slowly shook his head. He had little doubt of the competence of the biotech experts working for the Wodin Dynasty. The problem was that they only answered to the Wodin Dynasty. Who could say that they would have his best interest in heart?

Cutting open his head and messing with his brains was one of the most precarious situations he could imagine! Someone as paranoid as him would never allow a stranger to have unfettered access to his head!

Character Creation Event Update!

On May 31, I conducted a raffle and selected additional submissions at The Mech Touch's unofficial Discord server. Thanks to all of the fans that have attended my hour-long livestream!

The following two character submissions have won the raffle:

Lupo - by lyonnedas - crazy cook and exobiologist - submitted on Instagram.

Davia Stark - by ZeroiaSD - refugee and hidden expert pilot - submitted in comments of chapter 1526.

The following two character submissions have impressed me with their quality and rich backstory while also matching my intentions of what I want to introduce in subsequent chapters:

Ranya Wodin - by Raile21 - apprentice biotech expert - submitted in comments of chapter 1526.

Brutus Wodin - by BattleLord - expert mech pilot - submitted in comments of chapter 1526.

I will implement all four winning submissions into The Mech Touch, but not entirely at their current power levels. As all of the characters are a bit too powerful and exaggerated, I will inevitably make some adjustments to keep them in proportion.

Please keep in mind that it will take some time for these characters to appear in the story. I will probably be able to introduce all four characters within 100 chapters by my estimate.
