Sebastian looked at the girl sitting beside him with a beaming smile on her face. He couldn't move his gaze from her smile, her radiating face that seemed so excited as she was buzzing with happiness that was surely contagious.

"And for some reason, people fell under the misconception that the beast doesn't feel pain or gets scared of things? Why did you allow them to think this? Do emotions make people weak?" She asked.

Sebastian gulped. He definitely had a fitting reply to her question. Do feelings and emotions make you weak? Probably not, but expressing them in front of the wrong people indeed makes you weak.
