Kapitel 36: Confrontation.

Byung had arrived home after a couple of minutes, but more time had passed than he anticipated. He was a crappy cook but he wanted to give it a shot as his way to tell his best friends a big thank you for looking after him. But what he wanted to do even more was to call Hayoon and invite her over.

Then, the awkward phone call he had initiated mere hours ago made him flush in embarrassment but this gave him an even greater reason to call her to clarify things.

Taking out his phone, he would dial the number of Hayoon and it didn't even ring twice before she picked up. This was a good boost to his confidence.

"Hey Hayoon, sorry about earlier." Byung began the conversation in an apologetic tone. It was clear he was remorseful. He knew that he was awkward in the last call but this was partly due to the crowd that surrounded him at that moment.
