Kapitel 443: Leland Is Visiting His Family

It was midnight and there was no moon in the sky. Everywhere was dark, except for a few lamps that were lighted to provide light for the guards to patrol. It felt a bit eerie.

Leland had just entered Riga's territory and went to the palace to check whether Sophie and her children were at Nicholas' palace or not. In addition, he also wanted to find information about the witches and wizards in the palace.

Sophie had told him that Nicholas and his family had a very complete library and they had a collection of books from ancient times in a special section. That's where Nicholas got the book that had information about how to cure lycanthropy using wolfsbane.

Based on this, Leland thought he would get the information he needed from the library.  He used Eloise's potion to remove his scent so he could sneak in to infiltrate the palace. He could easily enter it but he had a bit of trouble finding the library.
