Kapitel 61: Sending a letter

'Mates.

The first hint of mates finding each other is often a deep, inexplicable sense of familiarity, as if they have known each other across lifetimes. This is followed by a magnetic pull, an irresistible force drawing them together, as if their very souls are entwined.

The bonds between mates are both spiritual and physical. Their senses heighten in each other's presence, heartbeats syncing and breaths harmonizing together as one. The scent of a mate is intoxicating, like an elixir that soothes the beasts within and ignites a fierce protective instincts. Their touch conveys volumes of unspoken communication, able to calm a raging storm or ignite a passionate fire with a mere graze of the skin.
