Tilia walked up to the village.
It was far more worse than when she left it. Some of the housing was broken, and various guards seemed to roam freely.
A pair of these guards approached her with ill intention, "Don't you know that you're trespassing?"
"Am I?"
"This is property of Lord June! None are allowed to step onto this land."
"What about you?"
"Ha! We are under his command, tasked with guarding this place from people like you!"
"And the villagers?"
"You don't need to worry about them. Now scram!"
Tilia shook her head, "This is simply unfair! I must speak with your Lord about this matter. Mind bringing me to him?"
The guards looked at each other before bursting into laughter, "Listen lady, you don't have the qualifications for that! Now leave before we have to get violent."
"No I insist, bring me to your Lord."
One of the guards sighed, "We warned you!"
They grabbed Tilia's arms and attempted to drag her out. However they were stunned to see that they could not move her!
Clearly embarrassed by this they unsheathed their weapons, "We don't mind killing ya! Now scram!"
"Bring me to your lord."
"You're wrongfully stubborn!"
One guard swung their weapon. Tilia caught it with a bare hand and yanked it. The guard stumbled and dropped their weapon. Now unarmed, all the guard received was a powerful blow to the face.
Before the other guard could retaliate Tilia rapidly subdued them. Many other guards heard the commotion and came to reinforce.
Someone's voice shouted, "You have committed crimes against Lord June! Come along peacefully for your trial or die!"
Tilia asked, "Will this trial be held by Lord June himself?"
"Ha! The Lord is too busy to deal with small time criminals!"
"Very well then."
A semi-translucent bronze tower shield appeared in Tilia's hand. She casually spun it while watching the guards. Soon a plan formed in her mind.
A guard stepped forward… and sealed the entire squadron's fate. Barely any of the guards could qualify as First Stage. Against Tilia they weren't even ants.
In ten seconds they were all on the ground. Tilia pinned one still conscious with her shield, "Bring me to your Lord."
"Yes! I will I will! Just l-let me live!"
Tilia lifted her shield, "Then get moving."
The guard scrambled to their feet and began to walk, "H-His manor is in this direction! It's a few days walk from here."
"I have time."
"I-I will grab some horses!"
Tilia watched as the guard scrambled in a different direction. It did not matter if they brought reinforcements or ran away. She was able to tell their every move. No matter their decision the outcome would remain the same.

"Sensei!"
Akiol waved, "Yo, Mira."
Mira ran up to Akiol and paused, ". . . You're stronger?"
"Mhm."
With a face full of excitement Mira exclaimed, "As expected of Sensei! Growing stronger is easy!"
Akiol felt there was maybe a bit of a misunderstanding going on.
Intentionally ignoring the thought, Akiol wordlessly rubbed Mira's head. Looking towards the Guildhouse he saw Para standing a little awkwardly.
Wrock walked up to Akiol, "So where is-"
His gaze locked onto Mira. His eyes flashed with a bit of confusion, but that rapidly vanished.
Akiol turned his attention towards him, "Where is who?"
"Who is this little guy?"
Akiol adjusted himself and gestured Mira to introduce themself.
Mira bowed, "My name is Mira! Sensei is currently training me!"
Wrock made an amused face, "I think I really must call the police on you Akiol."
Akiol's eye twitched, "Why do you entertain these evil thoughts of me."
"This is the second child you have introduced me to. Neither are related."
Givale popped into existence, "Stop bullying Akiol!"
"Oh no, the cub scouts are on my trail."
A small ball of dark purple energy shot forward. Wrock leaned to the side and dodged the sudden attack. He watched as the hall trailed off course and hit a tree.
He then watched as most of the tree was erased from existence. He blinked at the damage, "I see the budget on the scouts has improved."
Akiol nodded, "Powerful weaponry is a must have in the scouts."
"Clearly."
Mira tilted his head at the exchange, not fully understanding what was happening. Wrock cleared his throat and asked, "So where is my savior? I left in a rush and couldn't properly thank him."
Para scratched her head, "He-"
"I'm right here.", Nimin's voice came from inside the Guildhouse. He opened the door and walked out, inspecting everyone present.
Wrock smiled, "Ah, you have my thanks. I do believe I owe you one now."
Nimin frowned faintly, "While I don't like to be owed, I certainly cannot pass up this opportunity. You two are very skilled fighters I would much rather have on my side."
"Then, in exchange for saving me, I shall assist you."
"Thank you. As for you Akiol?"
"You also have my assistance."
A smile formed on Nimin's face, "Wonderful. Since you two are here, I wish to discuss on our movements forward."
"I assume you have already have an idea?"
"Yeah, I wish to form a resistance."
Akiol and Wrock glanced at each other. Wrock spread out his hands, "I'm afraid that will be a bit difficult. You should be aware of the. . .", Wrock paused to find the proper word, "Unrest Perina has spread."
"I am aware, however we don't have many more options. If at any time Perina realizes she's losing, she won't hesitate to send her underlings towards us. To handle that we need soldiers, and good ones at that."
Akiol crossed his arms casually, "Where do you suggest we start?"
"Perina's number one target: the players. If we can rally enough players underneath us, it should convince the NPCs to join in as well. As our influence grows it should, theoretically, be steady growth."
Para argued, "But it's as Wrock said, the deep rooted fear Perina has in the players is akin to an iron grip. No one is willing to go against her and risk their account being crippled."
Akiol countered, "No not quite, there's always players that are willing to risk everything."
"But that's only a few people!"
"Then we just have to prove that Perina won't be a problem."
"What do you mean?"
"If we can show that we have a method to beat Perina, that chance will spark hope. Those on the fence would be more willing to join, and that should fan the flames of revolution."
"But we don't have a method to prove."
"It doesn't need to exist, we just have to prove it."
Para frowned in confusion, "I'm not following."
Nimin explained, "We just have to show that we can have a method. That there is a chance of success."
"I'm still not understanding."
"We just have to convince the players that we can beat Perina."
"And how do we do that? We don't have a way."
Akiol smiled, "We just said we don't need a way, we just have to make them believe we have one. And doing that is simple."
"It is?"
Akiol pointed at Nimin, "A Second Star fighter, a level of strength that many Player's cannot compete against. Livestock do not compare the sizes of mountains."
Realization flashed across Para's face, "Nimin's newfound strength can convince them!"
Nimin nodded, "Precisely, if I can convince them that my strength is enough. Then that should be the start of our gathering forces."
Wrock then offered, "I could probably get word to spread amongst the Guilds. I have one that owes me."
"If you can convince them to assist that would be even better."
Akiol pointed out, "This still has some issues with it. It's worth noting that a majority of the player base struggles to fight properly. Only the skilled have adjusted."
Nimin agreed with the statement, "This is true, which is why I think we should start now. By having people join our revolution we could possibly convince them to stay by teaching them how to fight."
Wrock rose an eyebrow, "You want to start a revolution dojo?"
"Nothing as grand as that, just the training of soldiers. We need skilled fighters after all."
Although Mira struggled to keep up with conversation, he could understand the last bit, "My Sensei is the best when it comes to teaching!"
Akiol's expression remained unwavering, "I suppose I don't mind giving a few pointers, but for something large scale as that. . ."
Wrock nodded, "We're gonna have to get the party together again."
