Opportunity's skills provided a half second of invulnerability to damage at a certain point in the activation. She timed this just right to where the invulnerability happened the moment she touched the ground. Completely nullifying the damage.
Akiol landed in his ball shape, almost turning completely flat from the impact. Yet to his surprise he bounced of the ground almost immediately after.
He reacted quickly and turned back into his human form. Dispelling Stars he shouted, "Repulse!"
The pulse of energy wiped out a large amounts of players.
'I shall forgive you for this due to your entrance being slightly cool. I thought we agreed to not absorb me now that I had a scabbard?' -Stars
"I did this to look cool Stars, trust in the process."
In truth Akiol did not do it to look 'cool'. Instead he did it for his convenience.
"You start whittling them down, I'll go save your friends.", Akiol shouted.
Opportunity merely responded with a slight nod before slaughtering her way past enemies.
Akiol used [Leap] to pass by a ton of players. He landed on a player and jumped off. He passed the army of players this way.
Someone shouted, "Get him down already! It's just one player!"
Akiol flipped through the air and landed next to the struggling trio. Dispelling a scroll he shouted, "Take this! Unlimited Power!"
The scroll began to glow, but didn't do anything. Instead the scroll turned into a pile of ash. Akiol made a face, "Well that didn't work, plan B! We run!"
The three shook their heads at the foolishness of Akiol. Yet Akiol was merely enjoying himself, he found the situation to be funny. A hidden organization was panicking and gathering players in haste to fight a small group.
He had experienced this before, and he would make sure the same outcome would occur.
They slowly made their way through the army of players. The three who were just recently struggling to stay alive were astonished. Akiol didn't look like he was struggling past the army. It was like they were casually being lead through the mall.
"""AHH!!"""
Three players flew above them, Opportunity had sent them flying with a swing. She then jumped over the players and landed with the rest of the group.
Akiol asked, "So how are we getting out of here?"
Opportunity responded, "Good question."
"Don't tell me."
"There is no plan."
Akiol wanted to sigh, but had to focus on defeating a few players that approached.
After they fell he asked, "How many people can Charo carry?"
"Two, she cannot hold anymore."
"Then send Otion and Ojay to safety first."
Otion immediately declined, "Send Ojay and Ocava instead. They have done much more than me."
"We are simply exchanging places, there is no one to replace Ocava currently. Get out of here, once they are a safe distance away Charo can come back."
Otion grit his teeth, "Fine, but don't let Ocava die. We are hit with an Orb of Greed."
"Don't worry, I know what I am doing."
Opportunity spoke up, "Clear some space! Charo cannot land here."
Oranjay spun his scythe, "[Even Dead Sigh]!"
The souls he had slowly been acquiring fired off at once. Each one exploding upon making contact with a player. This gave a small timeframe for Charo to land.
Otion and Oranjay immediately hopped on, without Hesitation Charo took to the sky. Akiol ordered, "Ocava, pin down the archers!"
Ocava shot a glowing arrow towards the archer lineup. It hit the ground and vanished, almost immediately a rain of glowing arrows descended from the sky.
Someone shouted from across the field, "Just because your friends escaped doesn't mean you are leaving here alive!"
Opportunity looked towards the voice. Immediately she turned hostile, "Joseph!"
"It's too late now! With the power enough to turn the moon, I deem you unworthy. [God's Wrath]!"
Mana swirled towards Joseph. He swung the staff downwards with a smirk.
. . .
Nothing happened, making Joseph's eye twitch. Beginning the cast again he swung his staff down, "[God's Wrath]!"
He spat, "Why isn't it working-?!"
BOOM-!!
A large lightning bolt descended onto the army. Once it landed the lightning spread across to nearby players. Causing many to die, others weaken.
This was the 'Chain Lightning' spell made by Kan'na! So why had it activated now? Because the power of the spell was so great that the materials that it was made with simply did not have enough power to execute the spell. The instructions did not have anything to do with mana gathering, so it just remained in that spot. However the mana gathered by Joseph was enough to launch the spell. So it hijacked the mana and finally fired off.
Charo swooped down and landed. Akiol pointed at her, "Go, I have my own way of escape."
Opportunity hesitated, "You sure?"
"This isn't my first rodeo."
Opportunity hopped onto Charo and lifted Ocava onto the cat. She looked down at Akiol, "Don't you die."
"No promises."
The two took off. Joseph shouted, "Don't you dare think of escaping! Sorcerers! Fire!"
Tick~
Tock~
Akiol appeared above Joseph and slammed his knee into their face. An orange glow surrounded Akiol as he vanished into a series of afterimages. The sorcerers fell almost all at once. He looked up, and was relieved to see that Charo was no where to be found.
Joseph stood up holding his nose, "You punk! You will not leave here alive!"
Akiol smiled, "Stop me then."
His glow erupted into yellow and he vanished. Joseph screamed a the top of his lungs, "Do not let him escape!!!"
Barriers of all sorts began appear sporadically across the battlefield. In the players' haste to carry out orders there was a severe lack of communication and teamwork. Allowing Akiol to slip past.
Whilst the players were still panicking Akiol was already away from the place. He looked down at the building. Part of it was damaged from the lightning strike from earlier. He asked, "Stars, how confident are you in blasting that apart with a single meteor?"
'Not completely, but it will be damaged severely.' -Stars
'Ha, a Dragon could do that easily.' -Givale
'Can you do it?'
'. . .'
'Exactly.'
Akiol pointed Stars to the sky, "Then do so."

Opportunity hopped of Charo and asked, "What was that?"
Oranjay answered with another question, "What was what?"
"You didn't use your Berserk Skills?"
"It was a good thing we didn't. We weren't positive in getting out of there with them activated. The backlash would have killed us for sure!"
Opportunity sighed, "I'm sorry, we acted too fast and increased the pressure on you all."
Otion was quite confused by her sudden change, "It's fine, we didn't have the strength to fight back."
"Not yet that is. We need more strength..."
"Your brother is quite the skilled one, his help has already proved to be quite useful."
"While that is true and we can depend on him. I still think we are going to have to get more help. Especially in the real world."
"Who?"
"My parents."
Ocava cracked a joke, "Imagine if your parents were better than you at the game. We would truly cry then."
"No, they are awful at games. However they told me of their past. It might just be enough."
"Their past?"
"Government Agents, quite the team as well. It was how they met. Their final mission was to take down Withered Oaths, but it seems it didn't go to well. Just recently they asked me to teach them about the game. So I suspect that they are hunting Withered Oaths again."
"They are just two people."
"They have important contacts. Contacts we need desperately."
"It's going to take them forever to level up. We need, at minimum, First Stage fighters. It doesn't matter how skilled you are, stats are not something you can surpass with skill."
"I know, just give me time to think this out. We need to deal with Withered Oaths as soon as possible. They are getting impatient."
The three trusted Opportunity, she was the one who brought them this far after all.

Akiol entered the home. Yielya, who was relaxing on the couch, looked at him, "Need something?"
"Where is Kan'na?"
"In her office."
"Many thanks."
Akiol opened the door to the office, surprised at how much cleaner it looked. Kan'na was sitting at a desk, concentrating on drawing a magic circle. After fifteen minutes she took a breather and looked up. Upon noticing Akiol she spoke cautiously, "So. . . how was the scrolls?"
"Better and different than what I expected."
"Do tell."
"Your 'bomb' one worked fantastically. In fact a little too well, there isn't a sign of existence left in that area. I only tried one of the Molotov's and those worked fine. However the 'Chain Lightning'. . ."
"It wasn't Chain Lightning I take it?"
"It didn't work, at least I don't think it did. I used it and it turned to ash. Then later a large lightning bolt was summoned where I used it."
"I gave you the wrong one, I called that Thor's Hammer. It wasn't supposed to work, merely an idea I suddenly had. However you said a lightning bolt?"
"More like strike I suppose, but it wiped out a large amount of players."
"It wasn't supposed to work due to the materials I used. Anything that happened specifically?"
"Someone tried using a large spell, but failed twice."
"Mana hijacking. . . It did that automatically? If that's the case can I. . . ?"
Kan'na began murmuring to herself and started writing on a new scroll. Akiol didn't dare break her concentration and left. He would ask her about some bombs for Opportunity later.
He opened the group chat and looked through its contents. After getting an idea of what occurred he sent a message to them.
Akiol: I lived, also did a bit more damage to their base.
