Drew refused to cry over how Cyrina had stepped over him over and over again - though crying was all he felt like doing at the moment. 

To him, he'd had enough. There was no need to keep pursuing someone who didn't see him as worth fighting for. 

He took decisive steps out of the bedroom and got a bottle of expensive red wine from his wine cabinet. It was a limited edition, and he actually saved it for their wedding night. 

However, there was no reason not to take the drink right away. The woman he had fought for all these months had decided to leave him. His family didn't even want anything to do with him at this point. 

Drew was certain that his mother wouldn't mind pulling the trigger if she was handed a gun to blow his brains off. She would gladly do it without a second thought. She might even fire the bullet while smiling.
