Kapitel 25: The Hero's Unwanted Crown

Fireballs soared into the sky from all corners of the capital. The knights, along with Prince Swain and Prince Gaeric's squad, were probably giving it their all.

"Well then, I suppose it's time for me to do my part."

I raised my hand. "Infinity Death. Oh, direct hit!"

With that, I dashed across the city, bringing down wyverns left and right.

"Look! My 'Death Magic' brought down a wyvern!" Plink boasted loudly.

Death Magic, huh? Please. The wyvern he's claiming credit for was clearly my kill. There wasn't a single trace of magic flowing from him. I could sense it if there were. What in the world was he even talking about?

Whatever. Not worth my time.

In less than an hour, the wyvern horde was completely wiped out. The primary damage to the capital was from the falling wyverns crushing buildings, but there were no human casualties. Just a few people who tripped and injured themselves while fleeing.
