Kapitel 183: Unwelcome Surprise

Fren was snoring wildly, which was somehow able to sufficiently annoy Lua. Although Fren was asleep, they hadn't stopped moving. So, one may ask, how was Fren asleep? Was he superhuman enough to the point he was able to sleep while walking?

The answer was simple - it was none of the above. Thanks to unknown circumstances, Fren had managed to snatch Lua's spot from Secim's back and before Lua could react, had fallen asleep. So, for the past hour or so, Lua had been on foot, while Secim was sleeping on the young Jolin's back.

Talk about annoying… Lua was obviously less than pleased, but there was nothing he could do. He had already tried waking him up with words, which hadn't worked. Then, he tried to literally kick him off, but that only ended with Lua's foot hurting in pain while Fren didn't move a single inch.

'You could use the exercise, you know.' Sol tried to look at the bright side of things.
