Kapitel 1: Fireflies from the Forest to the Kingdom

This chapter will introduce our main character who has just moved into a new neighbourhood with his mother and her new husband (his step-father). They are welcomed by 3 other young teens playing outside in the parking lot. Then another man who works and lives nearby who sold them this apartment helps them in. Later when Rhiyaaz's (the main character) mother and step father start to argue, Rhiyaaz steps out and we are introduced to those three teenagers, we explore their lives and get into their family dynamics before we get into the dynamics in Rhiyaaz's home and we see why he is closed off, because of the emotional abuse.
