Kapitel 139: Can you wear this set next time?

Sophie hadn't yet made an appearance, but the time to depart had arrived. 

Sam boarded the bus and found himself a seat. Due to his late arrival, only two vacant seats were left, prompting him to walk over and sit down, conveniently leaving an empty seat beside him.

Alice, naturally, wanted to sit next to Sam, but as a teacher, such an action would surely raise suspicions, so she abandoned the idea. 

Despite the thrill of flirting with the forbidden, she knew she couldn't pursue excitement at all costs. What would differentiate her from a lunatic if she did?

Just before departure, a figure finally boarded the bus. 

Many eyes immediately turned her way, yet she received none of their gazes, as if tuned to a unique frequency on the radio, rejecting any other sound waves.
