[Reanimation Magic]
To animate or become animated again.
Such as to bring (someone or something) back to life or to come back to life!
I believe it's quite clear by the name; just how terrifying this magic is!
But for those who don't understand, I shall explain.
The branch of magic known as [Ancient Magic] is the most bizarre type of magic on earth; also the oldest!
While the name may paint a different image; its function was not too far apart from its name.
This magic allowed Overhaul to control "the dead"!
Yes, "the dead"!
As in the horror movies; the one and only "zombies".
Dangerous isn't it!?
He can summon dead individuals from the afterlife and order their bodies to do his bidding.
These "dead individuals" included magicians only!
Overhaul couldn't use this magic to summon normal humans under the age of forty from the afterlife; not that it hindered him or anything.
Now even you still can't visualize the danger then let me paint a picture for you.
Imagine a park with, lush green range everywhere.
Now imagine about 100-wooden caskets sticking out of the ground; all over the park.
Tatsuya and Co. are surrounded by these caskets while a little further away from them; stood Overhaul.
Blood dripped out of his 7-orifices; a disgusting sight to see.
Even so, the "bad guy" had a disturbing smile on his face.
"Hahaha! Since I will die shortly after using this magic..."
"...why don't you guys also join me in the afterlife!"
Ahh~
Yes, I forgot an important detail!
Every time the user summons more than 10-individuals from the afterlife, he has to pay a very steep price!
You will have to pay with your vitality or rather, life force!
A normal human unlike Erik with his mutated soul; can't survive losing his vitality!
The number of times you can lose your vitality and not die; is 7 times!
When Overhaul says that he will shortly die; he isn't joking.
He had summoned around 100-caskets which means that he has sacrificed not only his life force; but also his soul!
Now, this raises a question.
Over how much time would this magic keep on going?
Well, Overhaul would keep losing chunks of his vitality and soul over time until he finally dies!
Then finally, would this spell end!
Crack!
Bam!
As I was explaining; the caskets cracked and broke!
Multiple dead bodies stepped out in the open; in the world of the living!
Each of them varied from looks, outfits, body structure, etc.
Yet they had one thing in common; each one of them had black pupils and a lost expression.
Raaghhh!!!
A blood-curdling howl shook everyone!

"This!..."
Yanagi had a solemn expression on his face as he looked towards the hundreds of magicians surrounding them from all sides.
He meticulously observed the hundreds of corpses before coming to a conclusion.
'They don't seem to have much speed, I doubt that they are capable of thoughts; which means that he is just going to let them bombard us with spells!'
'We can't escape or dodge since we are surrounded by all sides!'
'This is not good!'
'Tatsuya can fight quite a lot of them but not a hundred of them!'
'Hm....from the looks of it.'
'It doesn't seem that these "zombies" would stop even if we kill the caster of this magic!'
'Which means, we must wait it out!'
The psion level in the air shot through the roof!
Raaghh!!!
The psion started coiling against the "zombies" as they shaggily raised their hands and pointed towards the Tatsuya and Co.
"Special Agent! Kill the enemy!"
When facing against an army of "zombies", Yanagi decisive chose to eliminate the variable in the situation.
After all, who knows what else does this X-rank criminal can do if underestimated!
"Roger that!"
Whoosh!
Tatsuya spoke through his voice modulator as he blurred forward towards the bleeding Overhaul; intending to kill him for good.
A hateful expression emerged on Overhaul's face as he ordered the "zombies" to shoot down the approaching enemy.
Bang!
Bam!
Pow!
Multiple spells bombarded Tatsuya, who was rushing towards his half-dead enemy!
Whoosh!
Being Yakumo's student, he easily ducked to avoid the [Wind-Cutter] aimed at his head; he raised his [Trident] and shot [Gram Demolition] towards another incoming spell.
He kicked off the ground before doing a mid-air back-flip; while shooting the various spells aimed at him.
He gracefully dodged the spells he couldn't counter while closing the distance between himself and the enemy.

Erika dodged another spell heading towards her head before separating the attacker's rotting head with her sword!
She calmly observed her surrounding as she avoiding open areas in the park.
She didn't have much range in her attacks thus she could only close the distance between herself and the enemy.
From the corner of her eye, she looked towards the zooming figure of the [Special Agent]; or so Yanagi called the said individual.
'His movement is very advanced!'
'From his body structure, it is clear that he is a 'he' and a young 'he' at that!'
'He can also use [Gram Demolition] which means that his psion count is extremely high!'
'I should pay attention to him!'
'Special agent, huh!? I see!'
Slash!

'He is fast!'
'He seems to have a very well-refined move-set and control over his body.'
'Like how he can avoid the incoming spells from all directions is very impressive!'
Naotsugu jumped back to dodge a beam of electricity; used by the dead enemy.
He quickly started slashing his enemies while actively avoiding fighting too many at the same time.

Yanagi grabbed the hand of the zombie beside him before smashing him into the hard concrete underneath them.
Making sure that he has taken care of the enemy; he used the dead corpse as a shield to protect himself from the incoming [Wind Cutter].
Bam!
Blood and flesh splattered everywhere yet Yanagi remained unharmed, the [Wind Cutter] absolutely demolished the dead body but the target was able to avoid damage.
He instantly rushes towards the nearest enemy and smashed his palm into his chest!
Bam!
The dead corpse's chest burst open; upon impact!
He turned to look towards Tatsuya who had closed the distance between himself and the enemy.
"Do it!"
Said the Major!

Tatsuya immediately appeared before Overhaul and raised his [Trident] at the enemy's head.
Just at he was about to pull the trigger; to demolish his enemy!
A sudden sense of danger emerged out of nowhere!
The ground beneath Tatsuya and Overhaul turned pure black as a hand-launched towards the Yotsuba family member.
Making Tatsuya jump back to create some distance between himself and the newcomer.
A skull-masked individual appeared from within the ground.
Everyone, including Chiba Erika, knew the identity of this newcomer through his attire alone!
Overhaul trembled as he spoke in a venom lashed tone!
"[Sin of the Dragon]!"
