Argh! You damned dragon blood!" Barak heard the disgusting shrieks of the beasts as he slayed them. They were not the first beasts he'd fought. They were not going to be his last. He just had to deal with them quickly and get out of the damned forest.

But maybe it was because he was in their damned forest but it seemed like they multiplied the more he destroyed them. Almost as if for every one he destroyed, four more took its place. He could not fight them alone forever. He knew that for a fact.

They had to run out of there, but… He spared a quick glance at her standing behind a tree. It would be most difficult to run with her. Should he just leave her? She was a little troublesome witch who walked into the forest with her own two legs. And though she had seemed quite happy with his appearance, she didn't quite seem grateful.

Ah,what was he even thinking? He managed to let out a breath as he sent a fireball flying at one beast going toward her.
