The next day,

William spent the whole day walking around the city, trying to find the perfect place to open his store. At night, after dinner, William would go out to continue hunting.

Compared to the previous night, that night, he hunted way more monsters than before. Most of these monsters were level 2 and level 3 monsters. William did not find any level 4 monsters. 

Level 4 monsters weren't easy to find as higher-level monsters lived really deep into the forest. To hunt level 4 monsters, William would need to venture deep into the forest. The main problem was that he was trying to sell monster corpses. If he ventured too deep into the forest, then he would need to carry the monster's corpse back which not only consumes too much time. It's not like he can order the men to come with him deep into the forest and carry the monster's corpse back. No one would be willing to take that risk.
